tributed. Commissioner Tiffany seconded. Carried unanimously.

that he understood the conditions.
Chairman Bennett conttnded the matter until tile next regular
meeting in order that Mr. Neiman can submit new maps.

The Secretary read the County technicians recommendation
dated July 8, 1959 and stated that this matter had been con-
tinued from the previous meeting.
Mr. P- B. Meier stated that he had contacted the Health Dart,
and ~nderstood their reasons for disapproval.
CommissionerA/~derson moved for disapproval of the tentative
map because of the Health Dept. recommendations.
Commissioner Crisp seconded. Carried unanimously.

Kin9 Homes Commissioner ABderson read the conditions recommended by the
subdivision committee dated July 27, 1959-
Mr. Kaufman, King Homes, stated that the Panchenko property
had already been connected to the sewer.
Commissioner Crisp moved for approval of the tentative. map

seconded. Carried unanimously.

Mr. Stevens spoke of a possible set-back problem.
Commissioner Anderson moved for approval of the tentative
map subject to the five conditions as read. Commissioner
Crisp seconded. Carried unanimously.

Commissioner Anderson read the report of the subdivision

Commissioner Crisp move'd for approval of 'the tentative map
subject to the conditions as read with the additional con-
dition, "Engineered improvement plans required." Commis-
sioner Anderson seconded. Carried unanimously.
The Secretary brought to the attention of the Commission a

Site phrase used by the County in their approvals of building sites-

Commissioner Anderson moved that the following sentence be added
to all tentative approvals on building sites: "This approval is
based on the information submitted on the application map.
Erroneous information, omission of relevant information, or sub-
stantial changes will void this approval." Commissioner Tiffany
seconded. Carried unanimously.
III PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. CHANGE OF ZONING
1. C-23 - N. Thompson - 7:55 P. M-
C-23 The Secretary read the application for a change of zoning

from RI:B2 to C-I-II.
Mr. Tom Alford, attorney, and Mrs. Thompson both spoke in
~avor of the re-zoning~ The Secretary stated that there was
one letter and a petition with 36 signatures in the file in
favor of the re-zoning.
At 8:0~ P. M. Chairman Bennett ordered the matter continued
to the last item on the'agenda.
IV OLD BUSINESS
A. TREE ORDINANCE
Tree Commissioner Anderson read the report of the subdivision com-

mtttee on the proposed Tree Ordinance stating that they felt it
was not necessary at this time.
Commissioner Anderson moved that the recommendation be forwarded
-to the City Council. Commissiondr Crisp seconded. Carried
unanimously.

Commissioner Anderson moved for the extension of the Use
Permit V-92 for one year. Commissioner Crisp seconded.
Carried unanimously.

Commissioner Bennett at 8:17 P- M. recessed the meeting to 8:35 P.M.

could be taken on the Change of Zoning Application, C-23 - N-
Thompson. Chairman Bennett ordered the Public Hearin9 continued
to the next regular meeting-
Commissioner Tiffany moved for adjournment at 8:36 P. M. Commis-
sioner Crisp seconded. Carried unanimously.
