Chairman Pro Tem Higgins called the meeting to order. -

Commis~ioner Glenn moved that the minutes be approved as dis-
tributed. Commissioner Perden seconded. Carried unanimously.

Ochinero The Secretary read the letter in the file granting 30 day
& Porta. extension from August 23, 1960.
Chairman Webster ordered SD-215 continued to the next meeting~-
2. SDR-219 Western Hills Development
SDR-219
Western Commissioner Anderson moved tat SDR-219 be disapproved due

of SDR-163. Commissioner Crisp seconded. Carried unani-

Lynch Commissioner Anderson moved that SDR-220 be approved subject
to the 8 conditions listed on Exhibit "X" dated August 22,
1960. Commissioner Crisp seconded. Carried unanimously.

liln~s ommissioner Anderson moved that SDR-226 be approved subject
to the 9 conditions on Exhibit "X'~I with eondition 9 changed
to read "Lot B approved subject to connection to the Sanitary
Sewer, and the house relocated to provide rear yard setback
in compliance with Ordinance 3A-8, or relocation of Creek in
accordance with the Health Department or the Department of
Public Works, and the house relocated to provide rear yard
setback in compliance with Ordinance 3A-8". Commissioner
Glenn seconded. Carried unanimously.
Commissioner Crisp moved that the Conditions on Subdivisions and
Building Bite Control Applications be read aloud. Commissioner Ben-
nett seconded. The following roll call vote was recorded:
Ayes: Anderson, Bennett, Crisp
Noes: Glenn, Higgins, Parden, Webster
Absent: None
Motion Denied.
Chairman Webster ordered that the minutes show that no vote is to be
taken until all Commissioners are satisfied with the Conditions.

Jonas Commissioner Higgins moved that SDR-229 be approved subject
to ~he 9 conditions on Exhibit "X", dated August 19, 1960.

Anderson seconded. Carried unanimously.
8. SDR-231 Mrs~ Jonas I McEvan

NeEvan mmissioner Anderson read the Subdivision Committee Report
dated August 22, 1960, stating that the Health Department
recommended disapproval of the present lot design.
Mr. McEvan, asked for continuance of SDR-231 until the next
meeting to allow time for conference with the Health Depart-
ment.
Chairm-an Webster ordered SDR-231 continued t o the next meet-
ing.

A. REQUEST FOR EXTEN'ION OF TENTATIV~ BUILDING SITE ~d~OVAL

17, 1960, asking for extension of Tentative Building Site
Approval granted August 24, 1959.
Commissioner Crisp moved that extension of Tentative Approval
be denied. Commissioner Higgins seconded. Carried unani-
mously.

Delmas ~/' The Secretary read a letter dated August l~, 1960, from Mr.
Delmas asking for extension of the -i~cpirction date of Tenta-
tive Approval granted September 30, 1959.
Commissioner Higgins moved that the extension be granted for
one year.
Commissioner Crisp offered an amend~en~ chaaging the motion
to grant extension to January l, 1961. Commissioner Glenn
seconded. The following roll call vote was recorded=

Motion carried to grant extension to January l, 1961 of ten-
~at'ive building site approval.
B.~-180 CAMPBELL, SCIIOOL DISTriCT - REVISION OF CONDITIONS

Campbell Chairman Webster read a letter from the Subdivision Committee
School dated August 22, 1960, recommending Amendment of conditions set
upon SDR-180 by the Planning Commission on March l~, 1960.
SDR-180 Commissioner Anderson moved that the Planning Commiseio~ on its-
Campbell own motion, Amend the Conditions of Tentative Building Site
School Approval granted SDR-180, March l~, 1960, so that CoAditions 6,
7, 9 and l0 read as listed in the Subdivision Committee Report.
Commissioner Crisp seconded. Carried unanimously.
Chairman Webster directed the Secretary to notify the School
authorities of the amended conditions.

V~Chairman Webster read Proposed Resolution PC-21.
Resolu-
tion Commissioner Bennett moved that Resolution PC-21 be adopted as
PC-21 corrected in paragraph D. Commissioner Crisp seconded. The
following roll call vote was recorded.
Ayes: Anderson, Bennett, Crisp, Glenn, Higgins, Parden, Webster
Noes: None
Absent: None
Notion carried.

0rd Chairman Webster appointed Commissioners Higgins (Chairman),
Glenn and Crisp .as a Committee to correlate the reports from
each Commissioner and submit a report at the next meeting for
forwarding to Mr. Livingston.,
IV N~J BUSINESS

PC-20 Mr. Howe explained that PC-20 authorizes the Secretary to set
up Public Hearings on Change of Zoning Applications.
Commissioner Bennett moyed that Resolution pC-20 be adopted as
presented. Commissioner Glenn seconded. The following roll
call. vote was. recorded.
