ORC~NIZATIO~I The meeting ~as called to order by Chairman Webster at 7:05 P. M. A, ROLL CALL Present: Connissioners Andersons Crisps Glenns Higgins and Webster. Absent: Co~n~ssioners Bennett and Johnson. There was a ~gtion by Cu,~,lssioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Crisp, that tile readtn~ of the minutes of the last m~eting be waived and that the minutes be approved as distributed to the Con~ssionJ motion carried unaninously. Grill~=~ Prospect Road - P-equest for Change Of Zoning from R-l-lOsO00 to The Public Hearing in connection with 8-37 was opened at 7:10 P. The Secretary advised that a Notice of Public Hearing had been pub- lished and that Notices of Public Hearin~ had been mailed. A Staff Report pertaining to this applicationwas read by the Secretary. F/I~ARD R. MRS. JAI~ES CLANCYs 18560 Prospect Avenue, stated that she was in favor of re-zoning the property in this area. She further advised that they had no access other than Prospect Avenue and that it ~as becoming increasingly difficult to enter or exit from their driveway. Zim~erman_~ Pierce Road - Request for Ex~cension - 1 The Secretary read a letter fromMro Zimmerman requestin~ an exten- sion of one (1) year in con,uaction with SDR-238. Mr. Shelley Willi~s was present to represent =he applicant. It was the con- sensus of the Commission that this extension should not be granted since the Mr. Eden ~ssessment District had not been formed. Z~r~nerman's request for an extension of approval of =he tentative map for SDR-238 be denied; motion carried unan~mnusly. B. SDR-i~6 - Sa~E~..Hear% ChuEch, Sarate~ Avenu_~e - Request from City Council The Secretary r~ad a lat~er from the City Clerk-Administrator ad- vising that the City Council had acdepted the reconnendation oE the Planeir~ Co~is~ion in connection with SDR-136 and directed that the Co~nission make the appropriate study and submit a report to the City Council Eor Eurther action. Chairman Webster directed the Subdivision Connittee, in cooperation with the Zonin~ Administrator, to make the necessary arrangements with the traEfic expert ~rom the County Sheriff~s 0~fice for a study of this situation and submit a report to the Co~!ssion.
