division Committee Report dated December 22, 1961; notion carried

had not heard ~rom the City Attorneys suagested that this matter be
continued until the next regular meeting, On the basis of this sug-
gestions Chairnan Bennett directed SDR-331 continued until the meeting
on January 8, 1962,
