In answer to a question from Chairman Norton, Mr. Pasetta explained that that he ~as only endorsing this particular project in this particular location, no~ such projects in general. In discussing wLth Commissioner Crisp a feasibility study on fe~er units, Mr. Pasetta advised that he felt a smaller development would be less feasi- ble s~nce it would increase the unit cost of the land. He further advised that~ for these reasons, it ~ns the recommendation of the Subdivision Committee that this matter be continued. Chairman Norton advisdd that it had been suggested that this matter be made a part of the Conera1 Plan Revie~ since the General Plan Hap had at one time indicated this property as future multiple zoning but had since been changed, During the discussion.that followed, Dr. Abrams expressed willingness to wait for a reasonable period of time for the review of the General Plan.
