The Clerk ~nnounced that the PlanninE Coa~ission has 'rec~ended
that final approval of requested change of zoning at Titus and Rell-
~Yood Avenues from "A" to Ri:B2 be ~tthheld until tentative map for

the re-zonin~ and stated that the tentative map for the area will be
based on 12,500 square ~oot lots. There being no further conmunicatioux
either approvir~ or opposing the application, the Clerk introduced
Ordinance 3A-ZC-lY and the 14ayor directed~ without objection, that
the hearing be continued to the u~xt meeting°

l(ro Bonacina spoke at length, advoca~in~ that~ although the lot
had been created in violation of Ordinance 3A-8~ the Council allow
l~r. Netrick building site app~_'oval, He su~.ested they could legally
do this by ~nendin~ Ordinance 3A-8.
The City Attorney reviewed the action which has been taken and
advised the Council not to act on this matter. 2he Nayor, without
obJection~ ordered the matter stricken ~rcm the agenda.
B. TRACT 2032
A~ter discussion, Council~_~n Glennon moved, seconded by Councilman
Tr.2032 Har~rnnn to reduce the fimprovement bond for Tract 2032 to ~10,000.

reduction in accordance with recounendaticn of th~ Director of Public ~orks.
P~tlon carried enanimously. The City Attorney reported that the
new subdivision o~dinance will include provision for reduction of
original inprovement bonds where the deficiencies~ after the years
maintenance patiodin are minor.

A. The Clerk introduced an agreement with the County of Santa Clara for
A~=eement reimbursement for acquisition of rights-of-way for widening Highway #9

A. MAYOR
MAyor snnnunced that the matter of employment of a zoning administrator
would be taken up a= a special meeting tomorrow night.
B. FINANCE.
Disburse- (1) Councilman Drake moved that the disbursements listed in the

(1) After discussions Councilman Langwill moved that the report of
the special connuittee for study of curbs and gutters in sub-

reported that the meeting did not resolve any issues ands after
