VI AD~I!NISTRATIVE MATII!RS A. ~ !AYOR Oak St. f. layor Clennon reported that he had met ~dth County representatives in an effort to effect the execution of the lease a~reement For the ~resent Library Lease Oak Street library buildin~ and that the aoreement had been chan.ed slightly to clari~y which items of eQuinnent or furniture belon- to A~reement the City. An inventory o~ City o~.med furniture and ~ixtures had been attached to the agreement as Exhibit B and it was provided that the City retain otmershin of these items should the lease be terminated. !{e stated that the County has indicated it will execute'the a~reement in its 9resent form. Councilman Drake moved, seconded by Councilman !Iart~an, to authorize the "ayor to execute the a~reement for the Saratoed branch library as presented to the Council with attached Exhibit B.
