The Clerk announced that this special meeting had been called in lieu of
the regularly scheduled meeting of August 3~ 1965 ~.yblch could not be held

it was the vote of Councilmen Tyler and Bdrry that Councilman Hartman
be elected as Temporary Presiding Officer,

entrance & that some delay had occurred due to the placement of the memorial arch

(1) Mr. }lanley reported that in order to have Wildl:~od Par~,: in order

Commissioner crisp, representatives of the Good GoVernment Group and
Chamber of CommerCe, and exten,~ed the ~reetin~s of the Council to the
Paul ~!. Gardiners.
