ORDINANCE NO. 38.36 - SECOND READING Adopted Ordinance No. 38.36 amending Chapter 1 of Saratoga City Code, relating to duties of Code Enforcement Officer. B, RESOLUTION NO., 36-B-l23 Adopted Resolution No. 36-B-123 accepting dedication of streets in Tract 4200, and authorizing release of subdivision improvement bond. C. RESOLUTION NO.SDR-673-2 - ALLENDALE AVENUE Adopted Resolution Nõ. "SDR;' 673--= 2 'àccepting dedication of streets in SDR-673, and authorizing release of surety bond. D. RESOLUTION NO. MV-27 - RESOLUTION RESTRICTING HOURS OF PARKING OR STOPPING Adopted Resolution No. MV-27 prohibiting parking on Saratoga Los Gatos Road from 5:00 P.M. to 5:00 a.m. between Big Basin Way and Oak Street and, [prohibiting parking or stopping along the west side of Saratoga-, Sunnyvale Road (State Highway If85) from Prospect Road to 300 feet south of Prospect Road.¡ J E. NS-3.28 - ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING AUTHORIZATION FOR PICK-UP OF CERTAIN ANIMALS TO THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE Referred Ordinance NS-3.28, granting the Planning Director and his authorized representative authority to pick up certain animals, to the Planning Commission to conduct Public Hearings. IV. Read Title and Subheads of Ordinance 38.37. Mayor ordered introduced. Public Hearing set for April 7, 1971. VII. COMMUNI CATIONS A, WRITTEN 1. Letter from Brookview Homeowners Association 'announcing new officers. 2. Letter from City of Palo Alto enclosing resolution urging the League of California Cities and County Supervisors' Association to seek action to alleviate the problem of litter and waste disposal created by the sale of beverages in disposable, non-returnable containers. 3. Letter from Mrs. Ralph Costello, l4450 Fruitvale Avenue re use of Fruitvale walkway by' horsemen referred to Parks and Recreation Commission and to staff to study problem of cars 'parking on walkway. 4. Letter from Donna Linerud, 20253 Saratoga Vista Court supporting Council's decision on draft issue. 5. Letter from Saratoga Chamber of Commerce requesting strong enforcement of the dog leash law and installation of a ,flashing signal in the vicinity of Sacred Heart Church referred to staff. 6. Letter from Pat Creegan concerning access to Saratoga Avenue from Scotland Drive. Mr. Shook's recommendation for painting Keep Clear on pavement approved, Mr. Shook to so advise Mr. Creegan. 7. Letter from Patricia Larkin re Scotland-Glen Brae intersection referred to staff for recommendation. 8. Letter from Nicholas and Mrs. Panetta and Mr. Serchia concerning hazardous conditions and ingress and egress problems at Blauer Drive and Saratoga- Sunnyvale Road referred to staff for study and conference with Division of Highways. B, ORAL 1. Adopted Resolution SDR 811-1 granting Final Site Approval on Via R~gina. VIII. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Robbins acknowledged the presence of Larry Tyler, former Mayor and Chairman of the Saratoga Library Commission; Planning Commissioner Smith; Mrs. Smde of the League of Women Voters; George Farrier, County Librarian; Jim Naugle, Sold Waste Disposal Committee; Mr. Hubback and Mrs. Maas of the Good Government Group.
