Reported on letter from Governor Reagan soliciting nominees for Young American medals for bravery in service during 1970 and asked for suggestions. 3. Reported on first meeting of the'citizens committee to review scavenger service in Saratoga. Announced jim Naugle's election as chairman and next meeting on May 25. Formal report expected by September l, 1971. Contract expires March, 1972. B. FINANCE 1.
