PUBLIC HEARINGS None. VI. [ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A~. MAYOR 1. Calabazas Creek - Requested that the City Manager keep Council advised of the disposition. 2. Support of Human Relations Commission - Motion carried to support the County'sdraft~.~E~i~ance and to communicate our support. 3. General Plan - Invited Ipublic!'s comments. 4. Noise Ordinanc~ - City ~Manager will make attempt to have Palo Alto's draft for !e~_pext Council Meeting. 5. A~nual Report - MotionScarried that Fiscal Report only be published this year=and that there be a. quarterly Mayor's Newsletter issued to all residents in Saratoga. 6. Community Garden - Mot{on carried to adopt the overall Concept, subject to condition that an !agreement be drawn up by City Attorney. 7.Yo~thCenter~Ci[f ~l~ionshi~5 - Staff will look at alternatives; City Manager to report back at future meeting.
