AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA DESIGNATING
THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE SARATOGA PUBLIC LIBRARY
AT 14410 OAK STREET (APN 517-10-12)ASA HERITAGE
RESOURCE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordainsas follows:
SECTION 1:.. After careful review and consideration of the repert of
the Heritage Preservation Commission, the application and supporting
materials the City Council has determined that the findings per
Exhibit "B" can be made and hereby designates the property known as
the Saratoga Public Library at 14410 Oak Street.
SECTION 2: This designation shall become Operative and take effect
thirty (30) days from its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time
required.by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 16thday of
October., 198__5, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Callc~, Fanelli, Hlava and Mayor Clevanger
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Moyles
ABSTAIN: NOne
