ORDINANCE APPRO~iNG BirDGET FOR
CITY OF SARATOGA FOR
FISCAL YEAR ~1970-71
WHEREAS, the City Clerk-City Manager hal prepared a proposed
!
budget for the City of Saratoga for the fiscal year July 1, 1970
to and including June 30, 1971, at !the direction of the Council and
a hearing has been held on the same, and said proposed budget is
hereby found to be reasonable and adequate.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the~City of Sarato~ does
hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That certain proposed budget for the City of Saratoga
for the fiscal year July 1, 19701to and including June 30, 1971, original
of which budget is on file in the Qity Offices, be and the same is ap-
.proved and adopted as the preliminary budget;for said fiscal year ~or the
City of Saratoga.
SECTION 2: The Mayor of the C~ty o'f Saratoga is hereby directed to
certify said original budget as the~prelimin~ry budget adopted by this
The above and foregoing ordinance was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at ~ regularsmeeting held on the 1st ~ay
