SUNLAND PARK ANNEXATION
"Legal Description"
All that real and certain property located in the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, being a portion of "Sun-
land Park", Unit No.l, Tract 976, recorded in Book 57 of
~aps A, pages 14 and',15, and a portion of "Sunland Park"
Unit No. 2, Tract 977, recorded in Book 59 of ~aps A, pages
40 and 41, Santa Clara County Records, and being more partic-
ularly described as follows;
Beginning on the centerline o~ Quito Road at the
northwestern corner of aforementioned Tract 977;
thence alon the northerly limit of said tract
N88o26,E 53~.00', thence continuing along said
northerly boundary and its prolongation N88°31' E
838.93' to the easterly right-of-way line of
VillanovaRoad; thence along the easterly right-
of-way line of Villanova Road, parallel to Tract
977 and 976 at a distance easterly of 20.00'
measured perpendicularly, 51 55'E 1606.77' to the
centerline of ~cCoy Avenue; thence along the

FINDINGS:
1. The proposed rezoning will not have a significant impact on the
environment (Negative Declaration determined to be appropriate
document).
2. A Site Specific Plan for Services was prepared for the City
of Saratoga which indicates that services will not be sig-
nificantly affected within the City.
3. The proposed rezoniHg to R-l-10,000 is consistent with the
proposed General Plan Amendment.
E4. The City Council, after conducting a public hearing in June of
1980, voted to support the annexation based on the ability tO
make the necessary findings as required by LAFCO.
