AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
ESTABLISHING PREZONE DESIGNATIONS FOR AREA8
WITHIN THE CITY'S SPHERE OF INFLUENCE
WHEREAS, the City Council held a 'properly noticed public
hearing on November 17, 1993 to consider the establishment of
prozone designations for the City's Sphere of Influence, at which
time all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard;
and
WHEREAS, after careful review and consideration of the draft
prezone map and supporting documentation and materials, the City
Council has determined that the properties within the Sphere of
Influence should be prozoned according to the attached, Exhibit "A"
and as indicated on the prozone map incorporated heroin by
reference; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determined that the Negative
Declaration for this project was prepared in accordance with the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and
reflected the independent judgement of the City as the lead agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the City COuncil hereby adopts the
Negative Declaration establishing prozone designations for
properties within the City's Sphere of Influence, as set forth in
the attached Exhibit "'A" and as indicated on the prozone map,
incorporated heroin by reference. This designation shall become
operative and take effect thirty (30) days from its date of
passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting
time required by law, was thereafter passed and adopted this 15th
day of December , 1993, by the following vote:

area listed below according to prezone designation and by Assessors
Parcel Number (APN#) and include parcel book, page and number.
Where the words "all parcels" are listed instead of parcel numbers,
this indicates that all of the properties on this assessors parcel
page are within the prezone designation. The word "partial" means
that the parcel is bisected by the Sphere o'f Influence boundary
line.
