AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINanCE NS-3, ~IIE ZONING
ORDINANCE, BY A~NDING ~IE ZONING NAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Nap No. ZC-21, attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference', is hereby conaitiunally adopted
pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance NS-3 of the City of Saratoga, Upon
compliance by JOSEPH P. LONG, with all conditions attached hereto as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, then and at that time
so much of the zoning nap of the City of Saratoga as is in comflict with the
cross-hatched area shown in the above described sectional district map
shall be superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditinnally reclassifies cert'ain property
shown on the attached sectional district map fre~ Conditional
Co~aunity Co~E~rcial,restricted to parking, zoning district to Conditional
Coinunity Co-~rciale'restricted to offices, zoning district. It shall become
operative and take effe~t on and after thirty (30) days from its date of
passage. '
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time
required by lawwas thereafter passed and adopted this .... &th day
of May , 1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Glennon, Hartman, Tyler, Burry

CONDITIONS ON RBCLASSIIICATION
1. No use shall be made of any of said real property except for the follo~lnB:
a) Attorney
b) Real Estate
c) Insurance
d) Title Company
e) Travel A~ency
f) Architect
g) Optometrist
2. All structures to house the above set forth uses shall be constructed within
one (1) year fron the date of the passage. of this ordinance ~nd shall be
'located and constructed substantially in accord with the site plan marked
Exhibit "C" and presently on file in File No. C-66 in the offices of the
City Plannin~ Deparment of the City of Saratoga.
3. The restaurant building. on the property under C-55, 'SD~-468, and A-134
shall be constructed prior to or simultaneously with the office building
under C-66.
