ORDINAI.]CE, BY AI~KENDING T}IE ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follo~.~s:
SECTIOI~I 1: Sectional District Map No, ZC-27 · attached hereto and incor-
porated hereln by reference, is hereby conditionally adopted
pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance MS-3 of the City of Saratoga, Upon
compliance by Paul Masson· Incorporated · with all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated heroin by reference· then and at
that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in conflict
with the cross-hatched area sho~.m in the above described sectional district map
shall be superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property shown on
the attached sectional district map from '~R-i-IO~O00" (Single
Family Res~.dentia.1) to t'Conditional M" (Conditional I.ndus~ial) .
It shall become operative and take effect on and after thirty (30) days from
its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time required
by la~ was thereafter passed and adopted this - 3rd day of Ma~ch... ·

EMIIIBIT "A"
l, ~he uses of winery warehouse, off'-street parking, restaurant, museum and
art gallery and meeting hall, and offices ancillary and incidental to
winery operation, and no other uses, shall be established as hereafter
set forth.
2. Reference is hereby made to the site plan (including landscaping plan and
exterior elevations), dated 15 October 1964, prepared by John S. Belles,
architect, Job #64-11, consisting of Drawings M-l, M-2 and M-3, presently
on file and marked Exhibit "B" in File No, C-81 in the offices of the
Planning Department of the City of Saratoga, which shall be referred to
as the site plan:
a, All structures A-l, D, E, F, parking areas B and landscaping shall
be located, erected and constructed substantially in accord with the
site plan, including without limitation the exterior elevations as
shown on DrawingM-3.
b. The warehouse structure A-1 and parking areas B shall be constructed
and completed within four (4) years from date of the passage of this
ordinance, except that if either warehouse structure A-2 or A-4, toge-
ther with parking areas B, are constructed and completed within said
four (4) years, then this condition shall be deemed to have been
complied with.
c. The restaurant and shop structure F, the museum, art gallery and
meeting hall structure E, 2ud all landscapin~, shall be constructed
and completed within two (2) years from date of passage of this
ordinance.
3. Any refusal of the Planning Commission to grant, after proper and timely
application, a conditional use permit for any use herein above set forth
requiring the same shall operate to eliminate any condition of this ordi-
nance requiring the establishment of such conditional use, but shall in
no wise affect any other conditions hereof.

City of Saratoga.
