The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTIOn] 1: Sectional District Map No. ZC-31. ~ attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by references is hereby conditionally adopted
pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance MS-3 of the City of Saratoga. Upon
compliance by HAMILTON DEVELOPMENT C0RPORATTON , ~,~ith all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference~ then and at
that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in comflict
l.;ith the cross-hatched area sho~a% in the above described sectional district map
shall be superceded and repealed.
SECTION 2: Thi~ ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain property sho~m on
the attached sectional district map from "R-1-40,000" to
"R-1-40,000-P-C" i i

This ordinanae was regularly introduced and after the waiting time required
by law was thereafter passed and adopted this i7 day of Novembe.r. ,

C_~ONDITIONS OF RECIAS~ifFICATION
The entire site shall be developed in accord with the
final site development plan dated September, 1965,
prepared as JobS2275 by MacKay and Somps and presently
on file as Exhibit "A" in ~ C~83 in the office cf the
City"of Saratoga and building permits shali have been
issued and eonstruction commenced on all structures shown
on said site development plan ~xClusi~e of single family
residences no later than one year from date hereof, and all
construction completed no later than two (2) years from
date hereof.
Hamilton Development Corporation shall enter into a contract
with the City of Saratoga for the maintenance of the common
areas in such form as may be required by the City of Saratoga
in accord with Section 4Ao6(a)(2) of Ordinance NS-3 of said
City.
