The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follo~.Ts:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No, .ZC-46 ., attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by references is hereby conditionally adopted
pursuant to Section 18,11 of Ordinance NS~3 of the City of Saratoga~ Upon
compliance by M.V. S. COMPANy.. _, with all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by references then and at
that time so much of the zoning map of the City of Saratoga as is in comflict
with the cross-hatched area shotEl in the above described sectional district map
shall be superceded and repealed,
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifles certain property shown on
the attached sectional district map from "A" to "P-A"
it shall become' operative and take effect on and after thirty (30) days from
its date of passage,
This ordinance x~as regularly introduced and after the waiting time required
by law was thereafter passed and adopted this - ~nd day of

1. Said real property shall be developed only in accord with the approved
tentative subdivision map on file with the City of Saratoga, being
File SD-347 and SDR-767, or as it may hereafter be modified and
approved by the Saratoga Planning Commission. Failure to secure
approval of and record a final map for said property and commence
construction in one (1) year from date hereof, shall constitute
a breach of this condition.
2. No use shall be made of.any of said land except for the erection
and construction of one (1) single story professional office
structure, housing personnel, not.exceeding 16-feet in height,
as defined in Section 14.8, Saratoga Ordinance NS-3, on any lot
thereof, of residential appear.ance, subject to Design Review as
per Article 13, Saratoga Ordinance NS-3, to carry on the uses
hereinafter specifically authorized.
3. The lot may be used for any use set forth in Article 6, Saratoga
Ordinance NS-3, except the uses set forth in Sections 6.2 (d),
6.3 (a) and 6.8 are not permitted. The term "pharmacists" as
used in Section 6.2 shall mean preseription pharmacists only.
