AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1: Sectional District Map No. C-168 attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference is hereby adopted,
and the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga adopted by Section 1.8
of Ordinance NS-3 of said City, together with any ~endments thereto,
is hereby changed and amended by substituting the crosshatched area
on the foregoing sectional district map for that portion of the Zoning
Map delineated in and by the within-adopted crosshatched portion of
the sectional district map.
So much of the Zoning Map of the City of Saratoga, together
with any amendments thereto, as is in conflict with the within-adopted
sectional district map is hereby superceded and repealed.
.S.E. CTION 2: This ordinance recla~sifies certain property shown on the
attached sectional district map from "R-1-40,00Q."
district to"R-.1-10~000,"-"R-l-15O0g'district. It shall become operative
and take effect on ahd after thirty (30) days from its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and After the waiting time
required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 15.th day of
