ORDINANCE A~NbiNG ORb~NANCE NS-3, THE ZONING ORDINANCE,

The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION I: Sectional district Map No. ZC-9, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby conditionally
adopted pursuant to Section 18.11 of Ordinance NS-S of the City of
Saratoga. Upon compliance by GILBERT C. BUY with all conditions
attached hereto as Exhibit "N' and incorporated herein by reference,
then and at that time so much of the zoning map of the City of
Saratoga as is in conflict with the cross-hatched area shown in
the above described Sectional District ~ap shall be supercoded
and repealed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance conditionally reclassifies certain
property shown on the attached sectional district
map from R-1-12,500 to C-S District. It shall become operative and
take effect on and after thirty {SO} days from its date of passage.
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting
time required by law was thereafter passed and adopted this 3rd
day of October , 1962, by the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Drake, Hartman, Ritchie
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

CONDITIONS ON RECLASSIFICATION

Said real property shall be developed only in accord with the appr~ved
tentative subdivision map on file with the City of Saratoga, being
File SD-347, as said map presently exists or as it may hereafter be
madirked by the Saratoga Planning Conmaission with the consent of the
applicant. Failure to-secure approval of and record final map of said
pr0pe~ty in one (1) year from date hereof, or'fai!Ur~.to diligently pro°
secure said development in accord with Said map within two.(2) years
from date hereof, shall constitute a breach of tht~ condition.
2. ~uildin~s
No use shall be made of any of said land except for the erection and
construction of one (1) single story professional office structure, not
exceeding 16 feet in height, as defined in Section 14.8, Saratoga
Ordinance NS-3, on any lot thereof, of residential appearance, subject
to Design Review as per Article 13, Saratoga Ordinance NS-3, to carry
on the uses hereinafter specifically authorized.
3. Permitted Uses
The lots shall be used for the following office uses and no others:
Chiropodists Medical and Dental Laboratories Physicians & Surgeons
Chiropractors Osteopaths Podiatrists
Dentists Physical Therapists Psychologists
together with such other practioners of the healing arts and other uses
as are or will be otherwise contained in Section 6.2(a) of Ordinance
NS-3 (but not specifically included above) if the addition of such'
additional uses hereto is hereafter authorized by resolution of the
Saratoga Planning Commission.
