CITY OF SARATOGA
PLANNING COMMISSION
DATE: Tuesday, May 19, 1992
PLACE: Senior Center - Adult Day Care Center, 7:30 p.m.

TYPE: Adjourned Regular Meeting

The meeting is a study session between applicants, interested
citizens and staff, to discuss continued applications, advance
planning projects and general planning issues. The Planning
Commission has a policy that no decisions will be made at these
sessions. A written report will be made of the proceedings.
Present: Commissioners Tucker, Moran; Caldwell arrived at 8 p.m.
Absent: Commissioners Bogosian, Durket, Forbes, Favero
Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m.
ITEMS OF DISCUSSION
Commissioners Tucker and Moran indicated that since only two
Commissioners were present, Items 1 and 2 would be discussed and a
recommendation would be made to: the remainder of the Planning
Commission to be reflected in the study session minutes.
1. SM-92-006 - PUETTE; 12342 CRAYSIDE LANE
Request to add an 143 sq. ft. addition to a recently approved
288 sq. ft. cabana and to construct an additional 2 ft. high
retaining wall.
Planning Commission recommended approving the requested
modification.
2. DR-90-002, MCMULLIN, 15160 SOBEY RD.
Request for materials change for an approved project.
Planning Commission approved removal of brick veneer and the
change of color.
A fifteen minute break was taken to see if any other Commissioners
would arrive to form a quorum.
Since no additional Commissioners arrived and no quorum existed,
the last two items (the Housing and Open Space Elements) were not
discussed and the meeting was closed at 8 p.m.
