RESOLUTION IMPLEMENTING A NO PARKING OR STOPPING ANYTIME
RESTRICTION ON PORTOS DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following parking
restrictions shall be designated on Portos Drive in the location specified
below:
NAME OF
STREET
LOCATION
RESTRICTION
Portos Drive
Starting at the northeast
No Parking or Stopping
corner of Portos Drive
Anytime
where it intersects with
Allendale Avenue and
traveling north for forty
(40) feet.
IL All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the
location specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency
with the restriction specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or
markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of May, 2010, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmember Chuck Page, Howard Miller, Vice Mayor Jill Hunter
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Susie Nagpal and Kathleen King
Jill Hunter, Vice Mayor
