Budget Resolution.pdf ATTACHMENT A RESOLUTION NO.__________ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010/11 TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR INCREASED LIABILITY COSTS TO THE CITY WHEREAS, the City Council desires to properly fund the Risk Management /Liability Fund in the City; and WHEREAS, additional financing in the amount of $75,000 is needed for the Risk Management /Liability Fund; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to make adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2010/11 budget as follows: Account Description Account# Amount To appropriate $75,000 of additional expenditures for increased liability costs to the City and rescind the $25,000 transfer to the General Fund To increase the appropriation for claim expenses in the Risk Management /Liability Fund: Risk Management /Liability Fund – Transfer In: 611-8401-49999 $25,000 General Fund – Transfer Out 111-8101-99999 $25,000 Liability/Risk Management Fund – claim expenses 611-8401-67116/7 $75,000 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby approves the above adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2010/11 General Fund Budget.
