NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA as follows: • 1. Portions of the street known as Lisa Marie Court dedicated to the City on that Final Map for Tract No. 7919 recorded and filed in Book 570 of Maps, Pages 44 and 45 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on January 27, 1987, described and shown on attached Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C, Exhibit D and Exhibit E are hereby summarily vacated. 2. The summary vacation of the subject portions of Lisa Marie Court is made pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8330 et seq. 3. The facts under which the summary vacation is made are: a. The street has been impassable for vehicular traffic for a period of five years, during which period no public money has been expended for maintenance on the street. 4. From and after the date of recordation of this resolution in the office of the Santa Clara County Recorder, the subject portions of Lisa Marie Court as described and shown on attached Exhibit A, Exhibit B, Exhibit C, Exhibit D and Exhibit E, vacated by this resolution, shall no longer constitute a public street. 5. All other easements identified, described and delineated on the Final Map are not vacated by the City at this time. 6. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record this Resolution.
