The law generally prohibits the council from discussing or taking action on such items. Public Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes. 1. City Council Regular Meeting Minutes – February 2, 2011 Recommended action: Approve minutes. 2. Treasurer’s Report for the Month Ended December 31, 2010 Recommended action: Review and accept the Treasurer’s Report for the month ended December 31, 2010. 3. Review of Accounts Payable Check Registers Recommended action: That the City Council review and accept the Check Registers for the following Accounts Payable payment cycles: January 28, 2011 February 3, 2011 4. Resolution to Join Let’s Move Cities Campaign Recommended action: Accept report and determine whether or not to approve the attached resolution to join the Let’s Move Cities campaign. 5. Budget Adjustment for Secondhand Smoke Prevention Grants Recommended action: Accept report and approve the attached budget adjustment resolution. PUBLIC HEARINGS None OLD BUSINESS 6. Electric Vehicle Charging Stations -Update Recommended action: Receive Report and Provide Direction to Staff. NEW BUSINESS 7. Santa Clara County Sub-Regional Housing Needs Allocation Process Recommended action: Review report and provide direction to staff. 8. City Council Summer Recess - 2011 Recommended action: Accept report and direct staff accordingly regarding the 2011 City Council summer recess. Summer recess options include: 1. Cancel the second meeting in July – July 20, 2011. 2. Cancel the first meeting in August – August 3, 2011. 3. Cancel the second meeting in July and the first meeting in August – July 20th and August 3, 2011.
