Billing rates are used for charges to private parties and other organizations for research and administrative service requests, for maintenance and repair services, and to charge back for insurance claim cost recovery billings. If an applicant decides to cancel a project within the first 30 days, a flat fee is reimbursed at 50% of the fee - only if a minimal amount of work was completed prior to the request for cancellation of application. If an applicant cancels a deposit- funded application, any remaining uncharged deposit amount is refunded. All deposits are non- interest bearing.
