The public hearing agenda item is stated below. The project includes 3,246 sq. ft. of floor area at the main level, 1,555 sq. ft. at the upper level, and 953 sq. ft. of garage space, totaling 5,754 sq. ft. When an appeal has been filed pertaining to only a portion of a decision by the Planning Commission, the City Council has authority to review the entire matter and may affirm, reverse or modify all or any other portion of the decision notwithstanding the fact that no appeal has been taken therefrom. All interested persons may appear and be heard at the above time and place. If you challenge a decision of the City Council pursuant to a Public Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing.
