SUBJECT: Resolution Amending Council Agency and Adhoc Committee Liaison
Assignments
RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
Adopt resolution amending Resolution 10-071 appointing Council representatives to
Committees, Agencies and Ad hoc Committees.
REPORT SUMMARY:
The City Council reorganized on November 30, 2010, for the following year and on December
15, 2010, assignments to various agencies and ad hoc committees were adopted by Resolution
No.10-071.
At the June 1, 2011 Council meeting, Council requested staff to add one new Adhoc Committee
to the Council Agency/Committee Assignment list – Let’s Move City.
The following changes to the Council Agency and Adhoc Committee Assignment list have been
requested by the Mayor and are reflected in the attached resolution:

CONSEQUENCES OF NOT FOLLOWING RECOMMENDED ACTION(S):
Council Agency and Ad hoc Committee Liaison Assignments would remain the same.

FOLLOW UP ACTION(S):
Update Council Agency Assignment list on City website and retain amended resolution as the
new Council Agency Assignment record.

Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2, this item was properly posted as a City Council agenda
item and was included in the packet made available on the City’s web site in advance of the
meeting. A copy of the agenda packet is also made available at the Saratoga Branch Library each
Monday in advance of the Council meeting.
