Construct turn around having 32 feet radius or approved equal using double seat coat oil and screenings or better (2 -1/2 inches asphalt concrete) on 6 inches of aggregate base rock. 4. Submit irrevocable offer of dedication to provide for a 45 foot half- street on Saratoga -Los Gatos Road (Highway 91. S. Convey drainage water to street, storm sewer or water course as designated by the Director of Public Works. Water courses must be kept free of obstacles which will change, retard or prevent flow. 6.
