Instituted Rosenburg's rules of order to run our meetings. Going forward, we would like to take on a few projects. I will address them in order of importance to our commission. Tonight we are asking for permission and direction on how to do the following: 1. Build and maintain an historic tree inventory. Similar to our Heritage resource inventory, this list would include significant and heritage trees within our boundaries, and provide for their protection and upkeep. 2. Increase our Heritage Resource Inventory and applications for the National Registry of Historic Places. We are unsure about how to go about this, and would like direction from you. 3. Add post World War II buildings (Saratoga High School, St. Andrews Church, Saratoga Prospect Center) to our Heritage resource inventory list.
