Review of Accounts Payable Check Registers Recommended action: That the City Council review and accept check registers for the following accounts payable payment cycles: November 9, 2011 November 15, 2011 November 22, 2011 4. Treasurer's Report for the Month Ended October 31, 2011 Recommended action: Review and accept the Treasurer's Report for the month ended October 31, 2011. 5. Fiscal Year 2010/11 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) Recommended action: Review and accept the Fiscal Year 2010/11 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). 6. Development Impact Fee Report Recommended action: Staff recommends that the Council review and accept the annual AB 1600 Development Impact Fee report for the year ended June 30, 2011. 7. Records Management Program: Resolution Authorizing Final Disposition of Certain City Records Recommended action: Adopt Resolution Authorizing Final Disposition of Certain City Records. Resolution to authorize tax deferral of member paid contributions to California Public Employee Retirement System under Internal Revenue Code Section 414(h) (2) Recommended action: Adopt resolution authorizing tax deferral of member paid contributions to California Public Employee Retirement System (Ca1PERS) under Internal Revenue Code Section 414(h) (2). Appointment of Library Commissioner Recommended action: Adopt the attached resolution appointing one (1) member to the Saratoga Library Commission. NEW BUSINESS 10. 20330 Saratoga -Los Gatos Rd. (Villa Deodara) - Mills Act Agreement Recommended action: The Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) recommends the City Council adopt the attached Resolution and direct the City Manager to enter into a Mills Act Agreement for the property located at 20330 Saratoga -Los Gatos Road. 11. Instituted Rosenburg's rules of order to run our meetings. Going forward, we would like to take on a few projects. I will address them in order of importance to our commission. Tonight we are asking for permission and direction on how to do the following: 1. Build and maintain an historic tree inventory. Similar to our Heritage resource inventory, this list would include significant and heritage trees within our boundaries, and provide for their protection and upkeep. 2. Increase our Heritage Resource Inventory and applications for the National Registry of Historic Places. We are unsure about how to go about this, and would like direction from you. 3. Add post World War II buildings (Saratoga High School, St. Andrews Church, Saratoga Prospect Center) to our Heritage resource inventory list.
