Routine Organization A. Roll Call: PRESENT — Ballingall, Conrado, Koepernik, Peck; Lowdermilk, Bailey. GUESTS — Lee Murry, My Ngo, Jill Hunter B. Approval of minutes from 11/4/03 - Approved 5 -0 C. Update on Grant request and Draft Master Plan — The grant was turned in to the County for review. B. Mustard Walk — Discussed preparations and assignments. C. Heritage Orchard update — Discussed item. D. Review list of properties with structures 50 years and over in age generated by Staff — The HPC requested this be placed under pending items. 1I1. New Business A. Elect a Chair by January 31 st — The new chair will be elected at the next meeting. B. Business Cards — Staff is researching out the cost. C. HPC monitoring of projects — The City Attorney is reviewing the request., IV. Items Initiated by the Commission A. Retreat — The HPC recommended the item be placed under pending items. B. Village Historic District — The HPC recommended 6 -0 that the City Council create a Village Historic District. C. Historic Calendar - Item discussed and recommended to be placed under pending items. V. Items Initiated by the Secretary A. None VI. Items to be placed on the next Agenda A. Adopt a Tree Program for the Heritage Orchard- Item discussed and the HPC recommended the item be placed under pending items. B. You have requested a 60 -day extension due to a scheduling conflict with your structural engineer. The City of Saratoga will grant your request for a 60 -day extension.
