Livingstone AICP, Associate Planner DATE: February 5, 2004 RE: Review of Historic Structures: 14601 Aloha Avenue built in 1941,12239 Titus built in 1880, and 20431 Williams Avenue built in 1922. There are three proposed additions to houses on the Agenda for this meeting. All of the houses are over 50 years old. The following are the options the HPCh as when reviewing the projects: 1. The structure appears to be of historic significance and a Historic Architect should evaluate the structure and proposed addition. 2. The structure does not appear to be of historic significance and the applicant can proceed with the proposed addition. The house on Titus Avenue is currently on the City's Heritage Resource Inventory list. The original structure has been added on to several times, the most recent in 1974. The applicant has stated that the proposed addition does not impact the original structure, only the area that has been previously added to.
