It requires your agreement to be put on the list. First the HPC would tour the residence and make a recommendation to the City Council. The Council would then approve the proposal and place you on the list. The advantages of being on the list is the ability to apply for the Mills Act contract with the City. If you are interested in the Mills Act I could process both at the same time. The next HPC meeting is November 9th. We would be at your house at about 8:45am for the tour. The next meeting after that is December 14th. Let me know if you are interested, and if any of those dates work for you. It requires your agreement to be put on the list. First the HPC would tour the residence and make a recommendation to the City Council. The Council would then approve the proposal and place you on the list. The advantages of being on the list is the ability to apply for the Mills Act contract with the City. If you are interested in the Mills Act I could process both at the same time. The next HPC meeting is November 9th. We would be at your house at about 8:45am for the tour.
