SARATOGA CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
The City Council of the City of Saratoga on June 18, 2014 unanimously voted to adjourn the
regular meeting of June 18, 2014 to June 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Administrative
Conference Room at 13777 Fruitvale Avenue. The regular meeting of June 18, 2014 was further
adjourned by a unanimous vote of the City Council to July 2, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. in the
Administrative Conference Room to consider three items continuedfrom that meeting as set forth
in the minutes below.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER—5:30 P.M.
At 5:30 p.m.,Mayor Lo called the adjourned meeting to order in the City Hall Administrative
Conference Room at 13777 Fruitvale Avenue.
REPORT ON POSTING OF AGENDA
City Attorney Richard Taylor reported that pursuant to Gov't. Code 54955,the notice of
adjournment of the adjourned June 18, 2014 Regular Meeting of the Saratoga City Council of
June 20,2014 to July 2, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. was properly posted on June 20, 2014. The agenda for
the adjourned meeting was posted June 24,2014.

Mayor Lo reported that the following motion was made during Closed Session:
MILLER/CAPPELLO MOVED TO SELECT JAMES LINDSAY AS CITY MANAGER,
EFFECTIVE JULY 23,2014 AT 5:00 P.M. MOTION PASSED. AYES: LO, MILLER,
CAPPELLO, PAGE, HUNTER.NOES: NONE. ABSTAIN:NONE. ABSENT: NONE.
ADJOURN
Mayor Lo adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
