1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call: Stallman, Cosyn, Swan, Waltonsmith; City liaison Harvancik
3. Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the
agenda for this meeting was properly posted on April 11, 2014.
4. Accept Agenda Items and Order: No additional items may be added pursuant to
Government Code Section 54954.2.
5. Approval of Minutes.
6. Oral and Written Communication:
Any member of the public may address the Committee about any matter not on the agenda
for this meeting for up to three minutes. Committee Members may not comment on the
matter but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda.
7. Presentation
Expressway Plan 2040 presentation by the County Roads and Airport Department. This is the
County's long range plan of improvements to the Expressway System with focus on the
Complete Streets element which include bicycle and pedestrian access.

• Blue Hills School Safety Crossing update (reconnect Saratoga)
• Quarry Park Master Plan
• Congress Springs Park Northside Access path—City workshop on State Route 85

• Commission Recognition Dinner scheduled from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Wednesday,
April 30, 2014 at Saratoga Foothill Club
• Joint meeting with City Council, Park and Recreation Commission and PEBTAC
scheduled at 6:00 pm Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at City Hall
