Council Member Manny Cappello No report Council Member Chuck Page West Valley Sanitation District—the Sanitation District is continuing to work on issues related to commercial properties that have changed use, such as an office to a restaurant, without informing the Sanitation District. Public education is needed to make business owners aware of the need to have proper sewer connections. However, the Sanitation District is opposed to this approach as West Valley Sanitation District average outflows are generally less than the average for the County.
