Call to Order
Roll Call: Chen, Cosyn, Guichard, Harris, Kane, Musselman and Vita
Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the agenda
for this meeting was properly posted on March 5, 2015.
Accept Agenda Items: No additional items may be added pursuant to Government Code
Section 54954.2.

Any member of the public may address the Commission about any matter not on the agenda
for this meeting for up to three minutes. Commissioners may not comment on the matter
but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda.

1. Traffic Matrix #336
Issue: Request for stop sign at the corner of Hammons and Thelma by William Si
Action: TSC will review traffic calming plan developed by the traffic engineer and make a
recommendation.
2. Traffic Matrix #337
Issue: Request for traffic calming remedies on Brookglen Drive by Sankaran Suresh
Action: TSC will review traffic calming plan developed by the traffic engineer and make a
recommendation.

3. Traffic Matrix #338
Issue: Request for solutions to reduce speeding and improve sight issue at the intersection of
Scotland Avenue and Tweed Court by Naren Mididaddi
Action: TSC will review traffic calming plan developed by the traffic engineer and make a
recommendation.
4. Traffic Matrix #339
Issue: Request for solutions to reduce speeding on Mellon Drive by Tanya Roosta.
Action: TSC will review traffic calming plan developed by the traffic engineer and make a
recommendation.
5. Traffic Matrix #340
Issue: Request for solutions to reduce speeding on Allendale Avenue by Winnie Lam.
Action: TSC will review traffic calming plan developed by the traffic engineer and make a
recommendation.
6. Traffic Matrix #341
Issue: Request for solutions to improve pedestrian safety at Lomita Avenue and Komina
Avenue by Christopher and Saskia Adman.
Action: TSC will review traffic calming plan developed by the traffic engineer and make a
recommendation.
7. Traffic Matrix #342
Issue: A member of the City Council recently requested that the City consider installing a
traffic light at the intersection of Cox and Wardell.
Action: Public Works Director will provide history about the request. TSC will review
information provided by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation.
