Dear Council Members, my wife and I strongly urge you to suspend the planning departments rule regarding the
replanting of trees until the drought is officially declared over. We are due to plant a 15 gal. tree by July 16, and
we don't feel its in the best interest of conserving water to be required to do that. Thank you for your
