EXHIBIT "B" DESCRIPTION (next page) Mr. Prabhakar requested that we erect story poles for the north elevation and include a story pole at 14' high at the property line to represent a future hedge. We had a site meeting on Sunday April 13th to review the story poles with Ms. Li. At that meeting, Mr. Prabhakar expressed concern that the ridge of the master bathroom would negatively impact his view. To demonstrate the impact, that day I put up a 2X4 that was set at the height of the ridge line at the master bathroom so we could discuss the impact of the master bathroom which protrudes beyond the northern elevation. On the attached picture, we have added a red horizontal line to at the top of the two by four to represent the ridge of the roof above the master bathroom. Margaret Li took the attached picture at that time to record the impact to the Prabhakar's view from their deck. The impact is quite limited as shown in the photograph. It is in line with the highest ridge of the existing single story home to the south. VIEW FROM DECK 20130 THELMA EXHIBIT "B" (ZOOMED IN) VIEW FROM 20130 THELMA
