I. ROUTINE ORGANIZATION
A. Roll Call
Committee Members Present: R. S. Robinson,, Jr. and R.- S. Shook
Staff Members Present: K. Kerdus and D. Wimberly
B. Minutes
The minutes of August 28, 1980 were accepted as correct by
R. S. Robinson, the one Committee member present at that meeting.
It was moved and seconded to waive the reading of the minutes
of September 4, 1980 and approve as distributed: The motion was
carried unanimously.
II. CONSENT CALENDAR
A. SDR -1463 - Negative Declaration -.Gerald Jacobsen
B. SDR -1470 - Negative Declaration - Dick Gabler
The above two items we're discussed along with -the appropriate
projects.
III. SINGLE SITE APPROVAL PER ORDINANCE NO. 60.05
A., SDR -1474 - John Felch, 20221 Thelma, Tentative Building Site
Approval - 1 Lot (over 50% expansion); Continued from
8/21/80
Staff explained that revised maps had not been submitted, showing
a 20' x 20' garage, and that, therefore, they were recommending
continuance of this matter. It was directed to continue this
item -to the meeting of October 2, 1980:

A. SDR -1463 - Gerald Jacobsen, Sobey Road,.Tentative Building Site
Approval - 2 Lots; Continued from 8 /21/80
The public hearing was reopened at 11:09 a.m.
No one appeared for this discussion, and it was directed that this
item be continued to the October 2, 1980 meeting.
B. SDR -1470 - Dick Gabler, Piedmont and Park,,Tentative Building Site
Approval - 2 -Lots; Continued from 8/21/80
The public hearing was reopened at 11:12 a.m.
No one appeared for this discussion, and it was directed that this
item be continued to the October 2, 1980 meeting.
