1. A Presidential General Election was held in the County of Santa Clara, for
the Gity of Saratoga, on November 8, 2016 for the purpose of electing Two (2)
Gouncil Members to the Governing Board.
2. Tþe official canvass of the returns of this election was conducted by the
Office of the Registrar of Voters in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the
