Order: 7:00
Roll Call: Eem, Gupta, Lin, Maheshwari, Pandya, Shanbhag, Singh, Smith, Verma, Wang,
Weisend.
Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, this
m eeting was properly posted on April 27, 2015.
Accept Agenda Items : No additional items may be added pur suant to Government Code Section
54954.2.
Approval of Minutes April 14th : Roshan, Mitali
Oral & Written Communication: Any member of the public may address the Commission about
any matter not on th e agenda for this meeting for up three minutes. Commissioners may not
comment on the matter, but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda.

• Saratoga Elementary School Recap
• Prize distribution day Recap: good, yo-yos were a big hit
• Grand prize winner @ assembly : worked well; some date
confusion
• Argonaut Elementary- Week of April? follow up with principal (jeremy) to
schedule for next week
• Foothill Elementary-Week of May? CANCELLED
II. Arbor Day Recap:
Skillet Lickers played
Mayor Miller gave a speech
passed out awards to Saratoga residents
planted an tree in honor of Jill Hunter
III. Council Presentation Wednesday, June 3rd
