Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, this m eeting was properly post ed on December 7, 2015. Accept Agenda Items : No additional items may be added pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2. Approval of November 24th minutes Weisend, Maheshwari Oral & Written Communication: Any member of the public may address the Commission about any matter not on th e agenda for this meeting for up three minutes. Commissioners may not comment on the matter, but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda. I. Recap on Tree Lighting Ceremony a) Good amount of water b) Assembly line process a. Come debate to learn how your peers feel about a few of these constitutional rights, such as gun control and dress code. Free candy included. V. All-inclusive play structure update a) Plan will be finalized in March by city council b) Apply for additional funding from rotary – Vijay/Weisend meet with Bridget c) Meeting with parks and rec and mayor in depth d) Get interact club on board VI. Bring in local food businesses – as weather permits 1. Sell their food afterwards 2. Food party afterwards iii. Possibly charge for the run ($5) e) Laser Tag a.
