A. Kevin Moran Park has a new perimeter trail, park construction is in progress.
B. Brown signs (midpenn type) with information of allowed trail uses and warning about
poison oak are being installed for Parker Ranch Trail through midJanuary, pav ement
stenciling to follow.
C. Parker Ranch Diamond Oaks bench has a continual litter problem as reported by the
Neighborhood Associations. Committee suggested posting a sign and looking into
scouts or others to take on community service to keep the area cleaned up to see if
that will change things. Taking out the bench would only be considered as a last
result.
VIII. Old Business
A. Bicycle Facilities Map/Circulation Element.
Would like city attorney to suggest language to appear on Bike Facilities Map which
would then go back up on the City website.
IX. New Business
A. Site visit for Village Saratoga Creek Trail – trail is possible, we will mark up photo
map and give to Mayor Chuck Page to share with Camber of Commerce.
B. Toll Gate Open Space – Open Space was explored. Found an existing trail leading
halfway to a vista located in parcel B. Found that parcel A provides aces to connect
to a Teerlink Trail. Also reported was that there is a trail easement along Congress
Springs Lane and also, a resident who asked about the property who expresses
interest in having a trail which could be used to reach the village without having to
walk the highway. Another point made was that the Toll Gate Open Space could
possibly connect with Sanborn Skyline County Park.

candidates for hard copy maps; there are 2 maps currently: Heritage Loop and
Parker Ranch.
D. Suggestion for Park/Trail Events – A member of the community, a visiting student

A. Joe’s Trail bids are on the Council agenda to be rejected in order to go back and
provide details of the bridge foundations needed by the Water District in order to grant
the necessary easement for the trail creek crossings. Revised proposals would go out
