F. Bridge designs are completed for Joe’s Trail.
G. Staff said they would notify property owner at the end and adjacent to San Marcos Rd.

V. Old Business
A. Bicycle Circulation Element – much discussion ensued which resulted in a plan to both
retain Class III designations in most locations along with adding proposed Class I
facilities due to forecasted opportunities. A committee member shared photos showing
opportunities and existing conditions which the plan supports. The plan is to have Big
Basin Class III through the Village and then become a proposed Class I up to Pierce.
On Pierce from Big Basin to Mt. Eden would also become a proposed Class I through
the Mtn Winery property. The Postal Route from Pierce at Sara Hills over to the Village
would become a designated Class III. Quarry Rd. was discussed in the context of
possible opportunities and it was noted that the Segment 9 trail crosses at the top of
Quarry Rd. and has new signage.
B. The draft trail maps were presented and the committee will provide comments. Maps
were shown for Heritage Loop, Parker Ranch, San Marcos, Mt. Eden, Saratoga Village,
and an Azule-Kevin Moran Park Loop Trail will be forthcoming.
C. Blue Hills School RR Xing Safety Project was discussed. It was not known whether the
City’s Council rep to the VTA has been contacted by the neighborhood resident who had
done the house to house survey but this will be looked into.
