Call to Order 7:05 PM
Roll Call: Agrawal, Chang, Chien, Fariba, Finch, Khare, R. Pandya, Smith, Sreedhara, Tang,

Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, this
meeting was properly posted on March 7, 2012.
Approval of February 14th and February 28th Minutes. Anu, Jane
