Call to Order
Roll Call: Chang, Chien, Fariba, Finch, Khare, Nookala, R. Pandya, Smit h, Sreedhara, Tang,
Zaidi. Chang left early (absent)
Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, this
meet ing was properly posted on August 15, 2011.
