May 9, 2016 Director confirms for owners ADR requirements, and notes ability for limited foundation repairs to be submitted as revised plans to building permit. Affirms full demolition requires Planning Commission Review. July 6, 2016 Building Inspector responds to foundation inspection request, discovers entire home demolished (including foundations), and issues a Stop Work Order to the contractor. July 7, 2016 Staff met with homeowners to discuss illegal demolition and PC Design Review Process. July 20, 2016 Applicant submitted PC Design Review Application. (Consistent w/ ADR) Gas and Electricity Mark Holderman from PG&E Overhead temporary Power Pole installed on March 25, 2016 PGE removed the gas service on April 11, 2016 City of Saratoga issued an encroachment permit to shut off the gas service on February 18, 2016
