January 31, 2016 Email inquiry from Architect about approval process for a new structure.
February 2, 2016 Staff confirms with Architect that demolition/new structure requires Planning
Commission Design Review.
March 7, 2016 Building Permit Issued. (Remodel/Addition)
April 21, 2016 Director email to owner confirming that a demolition/new structure requires Planning
Commission Design Review.
May 9, 2016 Director confirms for owners ADR requirements, and notes ability for limited
foundation repairs to be submitted as revised plans to building permit. Affirms full
demolition requires Planning Commission Review.
July 6, 2016 Building Inspector responds to foundation inspection request, discovers entire home
demolished (including foundations), and issues a Stop Work Order to the contractor.
July 7, 2016 Staff met with homeowners to discuss illegal demolition and PC Design Review
Process.
July 20, 2016 Applicant submitted PC Design Review Application. (Consistent w/ ADR)
