Commendations for Science Fair Winners Recommended Action: Present commendations to the 2017 Synopsys Silicon Valley Science and Technology Championship Science Fair Winners who live in Saratoga. Proclamation Recognizing March as American Red Cross Month Recommended Action: Present a proclamation to a representative of the American Red Cross and receive a presentation about American Red Cross in Santa Clara County. 1.
